Brandon Miller is a rising star in the world of NHRA drag racing, blending deep family roots with a relentless drive for excellence on the track.
About Brandon
Born and raised in Canterbury, Connecticut, Brandon grew up immersed in the world of motorsports. After graduating from H.H. Ellis Technical High School in 2021, he joined his family's business, Miller Motorsports & Autobody, where he honed his skills both in the shop and behind the wheel.
Brandon's racing journey began in the NHRA Summit Racing Jr. Drag Racing League, where he clinched the 2017 New England dragway Jr. Drag Racing League championship, as well as numerous divisional and non-sanctioned event wins. He swiftly progressed through the ranks, securing back-to-back NHRA Division 1 Top Dragster championships in 2021 and 2022. In 2023, he achieved a significant milestone by winning the Right Trailers Top Sportsman World Championship, as well as the division 1 championship, piloting a naturally aspirated Chevy S-10 truck built by his father, Dave Miller. That same year, he also clinched the JEGS Allstars Top Sportsman title.
Brandon made his Pro Stock debut in 2022 at Maple Grove Raceway, driving a 2017 Dodge Dart powered by a Roy Johnson-built HEMI engine. Balancing both Top Sportsman and Pro Stock competitions, he demonstrated remarkable versatility and commitment. By 2025, he achieved a personal best elapsed time of 6.577 seconds at 209.07 mph in Gainesville.
Supported by his dedicated family team, with his father Dave as crew chief and mother Becki also competing in Top Dragster, Brandon continues to make significant strides in his racing career. His story is a testament to passion, perseverance, and the enduring spirit of family-driven racing.
